Gibson Williams Group LLC Foundation is a non-profit organization that helps families in need of a hand up accruing generational wealth through home ownership. Gibson Williams Group Foundation offers families a zero down, zero closing home loan, so they can realize the American Dream of home ownership and financial freedom. We accomplish this mission with three technical services including free financial literacy courses, credit match, and agent match. The impact of our home technology services provides the education, documentation, and representation consumers need to thrive. Funds raised will pay for a 640-mid score and any closing costs for first time home buyers. Home ownership enhances communities with reductions in crime, curves discrimination, green earth, climate control, and overall higher quality of living for our entire environment.
